Weekend review for Infants - 3’s
In our Early Childhood classrooms, we've found that repeating lessons helps children grasp the material more effectively.
From July 6th - the 27th, we’ll be continuing with the same lesson to reinforce learning.

The Bible tells us about a time Jesus’ friends were really afraid. What are you afraid of?
In this Bible story, Jesus’ friends were afraid during a big storm. Let’s see what happened.
Jesus and his friends were all together in a boat. Let’s pretend we’re in a boat, too.
Stay close together so you don’t fall out!
Jesus had been teaching all day, so he was very tired.
He was asleep in the back of the boat.
While Jesus was sleeping, a terrible storm came near.
First the waves got a little bigger, then the waves got really big!
The wind howled and the rain came pouring down [pat your legs]
The thunder was so loud! [hit the floor with your hands]
The boat started to fill with water. Let’s get the water out! [pretend to bail buckets of water from the boat]
It was no use. The boat was sinking! So Jesus’ friends woke Jesus. “Help us!” they cried.
Jesus got up and went to the front of the boat and then he did something unbelievable!
He told the winds and the waves to STOP! And just like that the storm stopped.
Jesus’ friends learned something very important that day. They learned that Jesus helps us when we are afraid and he is all powerful. Even the winds and waves listen to his voice!
