On Sunday July 21, we will be taking a special “Thanksgiving Offering” in response to God’s generous provision of a building for our congregation. To give to the special Thanksgiving Offering, simply write “Thanksgiving” in the memo line on a check or put cash in an envelope marked “Thanksgiving” and place it in the offering during the service. If you prefer to give online, you can choose “Thanksgiving” on the drop-down menu of our giving page.

We will be sending half of this offering away to Compass Bible Church Hill Country to support their efforts to finish building out their ministry space in New Braunfels, TX. The other half will go to our Taking Ground fund with the goal of covering the costs incurred in moving into our new space, such as:

• Replacing all the toilets

• New “Compass Bible Church” signage

• Demolishing some walls to create better space for Compass Friends,

• Compass Classroom, and Life Groups

• Adding HVAC to another room to transform it from storage to ministry space

• Mounting TVs in the auditorium to help with the visibility of lyrics

Compass Bible Church Hill Country has currently raised $229,996 of their goal of $250,000 leaving $20,004 needed to complete their project. We hope to provide funds to complete their goal or more!
