The main focus of ministry for Pascal Grosjean is to pastor the church, to plant new churches in the future, and to equip future leaders through the work of the local Bible training center.

The city's history, with 40 years of communism and a wall separating the city has left its mark. This is why the Grosjean’s believe that the city of Berlin and eastern Germany has a great need for evangelism, planting healthy churches, and developing new leaders and pastors.
